SECCON CTF aims to both host a world-class CTF competition and develop Japanese CTF players. To achieve these goals, we are organizing the "International Finals" and "Domestic Finals." This year, we try to accept user-organized CTF events as SECCON CTF qualifying ones. If you have an interest in this, please read the following requirements.

Requirements for running the qualifying event

1. (International Finals) Qualifying contests must be **open** to all players.
2. (Domestic Finals) The qualified team must consist of residents in Japan only.
3. Players can participate in the contest **free** of charge.
4. The contest must end by January 31 2025.
5. You must have organized a competition previously.
6. You are required to submit the report of the contest after it is finished.
7. Agreement with SECCON's Code of Conduct (https://www.seccon.jp/13/seccon/code-of-conduct.html)
