    はじめに

    SECCONはコミュニティです。参加者、スポンサー、運営など様々な人が関わりSECCONを構成しています。人が関わるということは、ときに様々な問題を引き起こしてしまう可能性があります。この Code of Conductでは、そういった問題を最小限に減らすべく、SECCONへ関わるにあたって守ってほしい基本原則を定めています。

    SECCONは非営利組織であり、企業が主催するイベントのように必ずしも万全な対応はできないかもしれません。
    SECCONに関わる人が不快な思いをしないためには、全ての人がそういった問題の可能性に配慮し、ともに協力して場を作っていく必要があります。

    SECCONが楽しい場所であり続け、不快な思いをした人を孤独にせずSECCONをよりよい場所に改善していくために、運営を行っているメンバー全員はこのCode of Conductに同意しています。
    もし、何らかの形でSECCONに参加するのであれば、同様にこのCode of Conductに同意していただくことお願いしています。

  • Code of Conduct

    この行動規範はSECCONに関わる参加者・スポンサー・運営など全ての人に、SECCON内におけるその一員としての振る舞いを定めたものです。運営は可能な限り準拠しない事態の発見に努め、場合によって警告や退場などの対応を行います。しかしながら非営利であるが故に厳密には誰にも強制できる責任が無いことを理解してください。だからこそ、全ての人が Code of Conduct を理解し、協力的である必要があります。

    違いを尊重すること

    現実として他のコミュニティで性別、性的指向、人種、民族、思想、宗教など様々な違いで問題が起こってきました。SECCONではそもそもいかなる理由があっても特定のグループや特定の個人が不当な扱いを受けることがあってはなりません。SECCONは様々な異なった考え方を持った人が過去関わっており、そしてこれからも様々な異なった考え方を持った人が関わっていきます。違うということが普通であり、SECCONではその違いを尊重します。

    協力を忘れないこと

    SECCONは非営利組織であり、コミュニティです。特定の個人が強い責任をもって行うことが困難であり、また、コミュニティとしても望んでいません。したがって、何か強い責任を組織として持って行うことがかなり難しく、SECCONを開催・運営していくためには参加者も含めSECCONに関わる全ての人の協力が必要不可欠です。SECCONはこれまで様々な人々の尊い協力によってなんとか存続してきました。これからもSECCONは関わる人々による尊い協力によって運営されていきます。

    思いやりをもって

    誰でも間違いや勘違いを犯してしまうものです。思いやりは改善し今後につなげていくための大事なキーコンセプトです。SECCONでは思いやりを持って、人と関わり様々な人と接していきます。

    正しいことをしよう

    SECCONは正しいことを大切にします。法令を遵守し、何らか脅威となる反社会組織への関わりは一切持ちません。SECCONは活動を通しセキュリティコミュニティの活性化や、意識向上などを図り社会によりよい貢献を目指しています。

SECCON 2022 Code of Conduct

  • Introduction

    SECCON is a community. Participants, sponsors, administrators, and many other people are involved in making up SECCON. Sometimes it can lead to various problems when people meet and gather in the community. In order to minimize such problems, this Code of Conduct sets forth the basic principles that the members participating in SECCON should follow.

    SECCON is a non-profit organization, and as such, we may not always be able to provide the same level of support as the events sponsored by a company. However, all the members involved in SECCON need to be aware of the possibilities of these issues and work together to make a better community in order to ensure that no one involved in SECCON feels uncomfortable.

    In order to keep SECCON a fun place, and to make SECCON a better place without leaving anyone uncomfortable and alone, all the members who run SECCON should agree to this Code of Conduct.

    If you participate in SECCON in any way, we kindly ask you to agree to this Code of Conduct.

  • Code of Conduct

    This Code of Conduct sets forth the conducts of all the members of SECCON, such as participants, sponsors, and management of SECCON. To the best of our ability, we will do our best to detect situations that do not comply with this Code of Conduct and, in some cases, we will take action such as issuing a warning or ejection. Please understand, however, that as a non-profit organization, it is limited for us to enforce legally this Code of Conduct on all the members. Therefore, it is necessary for all the members to understand the Code of Conduct and to be cooperative to the Code of Conducts.

    Respecting Differences

    In reality, there have been problems in other communities because of differences in gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, ideology, religion, etc. At SECCON, no group or individual should be treated unfairly for any reason. SECCON has been, and will continue to be, a place where people from all walks of life with different perspectives involved in making up the community. Differences are normal and SECCON is a place where the differences are respected.

    Remember to cooperate.

    SECCON is a non-profit organization and a community. It is difficult for any individual to take a strong responsibility for the organization, and we do not want that as a community. Therefore, the cooperation of all the members in SECCON is needed to run and hold the community. SECCON has been improved and survived because of the cooperation of all the members and will continue to do so.

    Be compassionate.

    We all make mistakes and have misunderstandings. Compassion is an important key concept to improve and develop relationships. At SECCON, we will use compassion to interact with people from all walks of life.

    Let's do the right thing.

    SECCON believes in doing the right thing. SECCON complies with the laws and has no involvement in antisocial organizations. Through its activities, SECCON aims to revitalize the safe and secure community, raise awareness, and contribute to the society in a better way.
